Service and delivery fee are charged depending on the size of the order, number of products and the delivery address.
Note, however, that there is minimum fee on every order.

Do You Deliver Alcohol?
We do not make alcohol deliveries at the moment.
Can I Trust the Quality of Items delivered?
Absolutely! We stock-up on the same and even better quality products than you can find at the local store in Nantucket Island. Our products are specifically handpicked and packed just for you.
What Should I Do If I Am Unhappy With A Delivered Product?
Your complete satisfaction is our absolute priority. If, however, for any reason you are unhappy with any of the products in your delivered order, send an e-mail to our Customer Care department at order@NantucketGroceryDelivery.com. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and with the urgency it deserves. Alternatively, you can also return any item you’re dissatisfied with by giving it back to our delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Credit for returned items will be applied to your credit card.
Do I Need To Be Physically Present To Receive My Ordered Items?
You may select the ‘Unattended Delivery Service’ (UDS) option which is available when you select our premium service. Our Delivery personnel will deliver your order in temperature-controlled bags, to a secure area just outside your home.
However, if you choose the basic service, you must have a receiver present at the time of delivery to receive the items.
How Does The Organize Groceries In The Kitchen And Fridge Service Work?
It’s simple, upon delivery of your ordered items, we will organize your groceries in the kitchen and pantry area for you! This service will be available after your first purchase. You need only notify us of your desire to use this service at the time of your first delivery to ensure we set it up for next time.
What Is Your Product Pricing Policy?
Prices for the items you place in your cart will be guaranteed as long as your order is submitted prior to the sale price expiration date, and delivered (or picked up by you at a designated pick-up location) within 7 calendar days from the day you originally placed your order. After 7 days, prices will be adjusted to reflect current prices.
What Are The Acceptable Payment Methods For My Order?
We accept payment through the following:
Discover; Visa; MasterCard; American Express credit cards and all Debit cards
Why Is My Credit Card Authorization Higher Than My Order Total?
Once your order is submitted, you may notice that we authorize more than the order total on your credit or debit card. This allows us to adjust the amount to be charged depending on the time it will take to purchase your order plus the distance of the delivery. We promise to only charge you the true and final cost of your order once your payment is authorized. Do note that because individual banks operate differently, your original authorization may take up to 5 business days to disappear, even though it has been cancelled.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, as long as do so within 24 hrs. prior to the scheduled delivery. Otherwise, a 50% of the service fee will be charge to your credit card.
Is The Pick-Up Service Available?
No, pick-ups are not available at the moment.
Can I Request An Item That Is Not On The Website?
Yes, you may request a product that is not on our website. If the requested product is available at the local store, we will add it to our website.

How Does The Real-Time Delivery Tracking Work?
Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a text message notifying you along with a link through which you can track your delivery in real-time.
Can I use my Stop & Shop Card?
Yes you can, all you need do is make sure to add your phone number at the time of check out.
